Current Processing Time for Final Photo delivery is 14 Business Days. Please book your session in enough time to allow 14 business days for final editing. Rush fee is available starting at $75.00. Please book your Session accordingly! Includes: Online Gallery (Available for 14 Days) (1) 8x10 print of client choice *8 Edited High Resolution digital downloadable images included Additional Digital Downloadable images available for purchase. ACB Photography provides basic props such as benches, stools, cake stand, wooden or cardboard numbers. Special props and Helium balloons NOT included. Only floor balloons included. *Due to food allergies, smash cake must be provided by parent(s)* If you are requesting a particular them or special props, you may rent a special prop package - starting at $55.00. Final price will depend upon types of props and materials requested. **A consultation and signed photography contract is mandatory for every session booking. The contract outlines the terms and conditions, ensuring a clear understanding between the client and the photographer. Failure to schedule your consultation and complete a signed contract may result in the cancellation of the booking. ACB Photography LLC retains the right to refuse services or cancel a booking in the absence of a signed contract. The Client is encouraged to carefully review the contract and seek clarification on any terms before signing.**

Cancellation Policy

6.1 Late Fee and Possible Cancellation for late arrivals. In the event that the client arrives more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time of the photography session, a $25 late fee will be incurred. Additionally, the photographer reserves the right to cancel the session at their discretion if the client is excessively tardy, with no refund or reschedule provided in such cases. 6.2 Cancellation. Client may terminate the Agreement (“Cancellation”) and/or reschedule the Services (“Rescheduling”) by providing Photographer with written notice no later than 3 days before the original date of the Services (the “Minimum Notice”). Client acknowledges and agrees that Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for Cancellations and Rescheduling unless the Minimum Notice in accordance with this Article 6 is duly provided or unless the parties otherwise agree in writing.
