PAYMENT OF DEPOSITS & REMAINING BALANCE

Before you proceed with booking your session, please note that all deposits/retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE. Unless otherwise stated, there must be a deposit/retainer paid to secure your time and date of your session. Your remaining balance is due by 6 pm the day before your session, unless you are paying with cash. We accept credit, debit, and PayPal. CashApp is not an available method of payment.
You must book and pay through ACB Photography's website.

**CONTRACT REQUIREMENT**
A consultation and signed photography contract is mandatory for every session booking. The contract outlines the terms and conditions, ensuring a clear understanding between the client and the photographer. Failure to schedule your consultation and complete a signed contract may result in the cancellation of the booking. ACB Photography LLC retains the right to refuse services or cancel a booking in the absence of a signed contract. The Client is encouraged to carefully review the contract and seek clarification on any terms before signing.
LATE POLICY
ACB Photography reserves the right to charge a $25 LATE FEE for clients that do not arrive at their scheduled appointment time. Depending upon the number of clients scheduled on each day, your appointment may be cancelled upon tardiness more than 10 minutes. If your appointment is cancelled, a new appointment and new deposit must be paid, and any monies paid by the client for the cancelled appointment will be liquidated as damages paid to the photographer by the client. If ACB Photography chooses to proceed with your session, the session will begin once you arrive and will end at the scheduled end time. There are NO exceptions to this policy as we take our time and our client's time very seriously. We want to ensure all customers receive the quality service they have chosen.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS

We understand that things may come up and there may be changes necessary to your session. We ask that you provide us with a 72-hour notice in writing if emergency changes are needed, if at all possible. ACB Photography will allow one change of appointment, provided notice is made timely and scheduling is available.

If your session is cancelled due to NO SHOW, or an untimely notice, ACB Photography will NOT refund any monies paid and the session will not be rescheduled. Any monies paid will be forfeited as liquidated damages by the client to the photographer. We also reserve the right to NOT schedule any future appointments if you were a no-show or if your session was cancelled without a timely notice.
TURNAROUND TIME

Within 72 hours of your session, ACB Photography will provide you with a proof gallery. Please select your photos for editing within 24 hours (see your session details for the number of edits that are included in your package) If you wish to purchase additional photos for editing, the pricing is as follows:

Selected photos edited in addition to your package will be invoiced to you. Invoices must be paid in full before photos are released.
Each session takes approximately 14 business days to edit. Depending on the number of shoots we have to edit, editing may take up to three (3) weeks. Sessions are edited in the order they are taken, so please keep this in mind when scheduling your session. ACB Photography takes pride in giving our client quality, high-resolution images. if you require rush editing, we have added options for rush delivery with appropriate fees applied. We kindly request our clients to understand that this fee is necessary to compensate for the additional time and effort required to prioritize and expedite editing tasks. As a small business owner with personal responsibilities and commitments, including a job and family, managing editing timelines effectively is crucial. We appreciate your understanding.​

After editing is complete, ACB Photography will provide you with an online gallery to view, download, and share your finished photos. This gallery will be available for 14 days. Please use the PIN provided to download your photos within the allotted time. If you have not downloaded your photos within 14 days, there is a $25 reactivation fee to open your gallery for another 14 days.

Please note that ACB Photography does NOT release any raw or unedited images. The remaining unedited images are NOT INCLUDED nor are the unedited images available for purchase.
**BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR PAYMENT**

Before submitting your payment, please double check your entries (NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, EMAIL) to be sure that everything is correct, and we have a way to contact you after booking.

REFUND POLICY (STRICTLY ENFORCED)​
All payments for photography sessions, digital downloads, and photo print products are non-refundable. ACB Photography, LLC provides photography services tailored to each client, and we take pride in delivering images and products that meet and exceed expectations. If a client is displeased with any aspect of their images or products, we will work together to find a solution that is feasible for both parties. However, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Digital downloads and photo print products are custom-made and final; therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please review all orders carefully before finalizing your purchase.
